Guest Rooms
You will have access to your room at all times during the day - subject to cleaning/refreshing. All rooms are no smoking. You can check our room availability by clicking here.

	Room 1 (Double en-suite) A light and airy double en-suite room (shower) at the top of the house with views over the rooftops of the harbour, Smeaton's Pier, St Ives Bay and across to Gwithian. The exposed A Frame ceiling beams remind you that you are staying in an 18th Century property. Click here to view images of Room 1

	Room 2 (Double en-suite with Bath) A large ground floor double/twin room with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom. This room has its own access via a stable door onto Bunkers Hill. There are many character features such as exposed beams, granite arches and an oak pillar. Click here to view images of Room 2

	Room 3 (Double en-suite - Newly Redecorated for 2012) A good sized double en-suite room (shower) on the first floor with a window seat overlooking Bunkers Hill. Click here to view images of Room 3

	Room 4 (Single/Small Double with Washbasin + Separate Private Bathroom) A well sized single room with a window seat overlooking Bunker's Hill. Although not en-suite, there is a private toilet and shower room just across the landing. Click here to view images of Room 4

Tariffs

Rates are from £40.00 to £55.00 per person per night.

During high season (currently June, July, August & September) bookings will be accepted for a minimum of 4 nights.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the room and all bookings are provisional until you receive confirmation from us.

We accept most major Credit and Debit cards, but apply a £2 service charge.to Credit Card Payments.
