Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit representing payment for one night is required at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made by most major credit/debit cards, cash or cheque.
• Credit card transactions incur a £2 surcharge to cover increases in banking charges.

• During high season (currently June, July, August & September) bookings will be accepted for a minimum of 4 nights
• Check-in is flexible, please enquire during booking or nearer to your stay. If a room is still occupied on your arrival bags can be looked after, bags can be left on check out

• We apologise that we cannot allow pets.
• Please note that we are unable to accomodate Children under 12
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the Anchorage (bedrooms, lounge or dining room)
